Karina
Karina's journey with movement began in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where she observed Ashtanga classes with her mother. After diverse dance training and a Fine Arts degree, she danced professionally before rediscovering yoga. Now, she guides others toward awakening through yoga.
Angelina
Angelina found yoga in 2011 while playing volleyball in Spain and embraced its power in California through hot yoga. Certified in 2019, she merges yoga philosophy with movement, fostering elevated experiences. As a behavior analyst, she applies principles to create positive shifts.
Sharon
Sharon has been in the fitness industry since 2009, and specializes in Barre, Pilates, Spin, HIIT, Step, and Kickboxing. Her energetic classes empower clients to push limits with modifications for all.
Dominic
Dominic, certified in nutrition, yoga, and authorship, boosts immunity, balances metabolism, and fosters mind-body awareness. His guidance encompasses self-esteem, life coaching, and stress management, empowering individuals for holistic growth.
Joseph S.
San Diego native Joseph brings 7+ years of lifeguarding and swim instruction experience, catering to all ages. Inspired by aquatics and Olympians, he believes in universal swim education. Off-duty, he enjoys movies, cooking, longboarding, roller skating, and weightlifting.
Nia A.
San Diego native Nia earned her RYT 200 in Maui. Crafting island-vibe flows, she integrates meditation and breathwork. Off the mat, she surfs, enjoys music, gardens, and spending time with her dog.
Christina M.
Certified in Zumba since 2013, Christina infuses her passion for dance from cheerleading and her Latino roots into vibrant classes. She guides others to health goals and enjoys camping, hiking, paddleboarding, traveling, reading, meditating, and road trips.
Ari F.
Ari has been involved in fitness & sports his whole life. With a Kinesiology degree, he aided diverse clients at a PT clinic before running his own training business for 2.5 years. He cherishes witnessing clients' growth and progress.
Taylor B.
Taylor's yoga journey started in Columbus, now RYT 200-certified. She teaches trauma-sensitive classes, embracing continuous learning. With a playful teaching style, she encourages students to lighten up and groove together.
